Nordisk Staal A/S has designed, manufactured and installed advanced steel structures for more than 90 years. With a production area of 6,000 m2, we can carry out very large and demanding steel structures, including our machine shop, which has processing machines for steel structures of all sizes. Nordisk Staal has extensive experience with steel structures for both industry and construction.
In collaboration with you, our engineering department develops the ideal solution for your project. At Nordisk Staal, we are used to thinking outside the box to find the best solutions, and we know that no two projects are the same - so neither are our solutions. Once the idea is fully developed, we manufacture your steel structure in our large production and assembly halls, which have all the facilities to produce advanced steel structures.

Nordisk Staal is certified
Steel structures of certified high quality.
Nordisk Staal is certified according to all the required regulations for the manufacture of steel structures, including EN1090 EXC4 and EN 3834. Nordisk Staal has its own quality department with specially trained employees who, together with external specialists, perform quality control (QC) on welding. In addition, Nordisk Staal is certified with 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment) and 45001 (working environment) - see the current certificates here.

We manufacture advanced steel structures.
Nordisk Staal also manufactures advanced and complex steel structures that require extra high load capacity, advanced assembly or unique designs. For example, bridges that require precise calculations and advanced joints for stability. Or large cranes and other industrial machinery that require exceptional precision and robustness.
Surface treatment of steel structures
Corrosion-proof for your environment.
Surface treatment is an important part of any steel structure supplied by Nordisk Staal. It ensures that the steel structure is, among other things, corrosion-proof for the environment it will operate in. Nordisk Staal Coating is our sister company that surface treats the manufactured steel structures produced by Nordisk Staal. Here you choose the paint system that suits your steel structure and meets your requirements.
The surface treatment is carried out in Nordisk Staal Coating's blasting and painting hall, where the item is first "blasted" with steel chalk and then painted according to the desired paint system.
