As an apprentice at Nordisk Staal you will be challenged in a good way. You will be part of a workplace with a strong focus on training and development, and you will have the opportunity to try your hand at many different types of tasks. All our apprentices are affiliated with our training center, which follows and guides our many apprentices on a daily basis - both at Nordisk Staal and when you are at school. At Nordisk Staal, we take your education seriously.
We prioritize your education. That's why we make sure you get to try out the many different aspects of blacksmithing. We have our own training center that takes care of you and makes sure you learn everything you need to know.
As an apprentice with us, you are not alone. Our goal is that every tenth employee is an apprentice. We do this because we believe that as an apprentice you add great value to the workplace. But also because we think the blacksmithing profession is exciting and important, and we want to inspire even more people to take the training.

Do you like blacksmithing but are fascinated by all that computer technology can do? So do we, and luckily we've managed to combine the two when creating unique steel structures for our customers.
At Nordisk Staal, we have great ambitions to stay at the forefront of technological development when we educate the smiths of the future. That's why we are part of the AM Lab East collaboration at Frederikssund Campus, where it is possible to take additional modules in Additive Manufacturing (3D).
