That's why we are always looking for skilled metalworkers, industrial technicians, apprentices (metalworkers, industrial technicians and welders), engineers and draftsmen who want to be part of a rapidly developing company.
Securing the workforce of the future
We want to help secure the future of blacksmithing and support the training and development of young people.
At Nordisk Staal, we see it as part of our social responsibility to train many apprentices. Therefore, we have a goal of always having 10 percent apprentices among our employees. Nordisk Staal has also been one of the driving forces behind AM Lab East at Frederikssund Campus. Here, students in vocational programs such as locksmith and industrial technician can take additional modules in Additive Manufacturing (3D).
In AM Lab East, it will also be possible to train industrial technicians in Additive Manufacturing. In addition, companies from all over Zealand will be able to use AM Lab East to print prototypes in 3D metal printing using powder from Nordisk Staal's sister company Asgaard Metals.
Blacksmiths, industrial technicians and welders wanted
We are looking for blacksmiths, industrial technicians and welders who have the ability to work on a wide variety of projects and can help find the right solutions.

Technical designers and engineers wanted
Do you want to design bridges, cranes and other unique steel structures?
At Nordisk Staal you can fulfill your creative ambitions in an innovative environment. As part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for turning customers' visions into reality. You will receive everything from ideas and sketches to architectural drawings and finished production drawings. Your job is then to bring the product to life with workshop drawings, detailed drawings and documentation for quality assurance.
