Nordisk Staal has designed, manufactured and installed a 6,000 m2 production hall for DanSteel.
The entire construction was designed and documented by Nordisk Staal. Due to the particularly heavy production, the hall has required a number of static calculations and special manufacturing of the load-bearing structure.
High demands on quality assurance
The production hall that Nordisk Staal has built for DanSteel has placed great demands on quality assurance, among other things. With Nordisk Staal's large physical framework, it has been possible to manufacture the large rafters in whole pieces, after which they are transported via special transportation.
The assembly of the production hall has been carried out in close collaboration with other suppliers and not least the customer. Nordisk Staal also has the capacity and resources to assemble the special and large steel structure.
